Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to have any experience to sign up?
No, you don't. Our instructors will customise your class according to your needs and level of experience.

Q: What do private classes offer that studio classes don't?
1) You may be new to yoga and feel shy and intimidated in a group setting. In a private class, you can learn at your own pace in a safe space without any peer pressure.

2) Learning correct alignment is very important for your safety and for the sustainability of your practise. In a group class, you rarely have the luxury of a teacher paying close attention to you; in private classes, our instructors are always there to guide and help you.

3) You're probably busy, and having our instructors come to your place for a class makes getting started and sticking with your practise more manageable than going to a studio.

4) You may have special concerns such as backaches, stiff joints or other health conditions that a regular studio teacher won't be prepared for. Our instructors will design your classes with these in mind.

Q: What if I don't have a mat? Can you provide the props? Where can I get a yoga mat and other props?

You will need your own mat and if you are not sure which to buy, we are happy to advice you on what and where to purchase.

Q: How long is a package valid for?
It is valid for 6 months, starting from your first class.

Q: What do I need to start a yoga practise?
All you need is an open mind!
